Contributed to the game of soccer as a player, referee and
administrator and was also a Life Member of the SASFA
Founder member of the South Australian British Football
Association in 1902 and was the first Secretary before becoming
Chairman in 1905 also officiated as Chairman and Secretary of
the Referees Association and played for South Adelaide SC in
1903. Represented South Australia as a player in the very first
SA State team in 1904 and the inaugural meeting of the SABFA was
held at the Frank Storr Tailor Shop 94 Gawler Place Adelaide in
1902
