Contributed to the game of soccer as a player, coach and
administrator, Played for Birkalla Rovers and Juventus before
becoming Coach of Juventus and Enfield City
Represented Australia on 15 occasions and South Australia on 23
occasions between 1952 and 1962 of which 8 years was as captain,
also won the Sydney Sporting Life Award when voted the Best
Player in Australia in1954
